We visited France today stopping at the War memorial to the 72,000 missing British servicemen with no known graves near the village of Thiepval, Picardy. Our students found this really so moving with so many surnames of our students etched into the walls of this huge building. I think there might be a few budding genealogists amongst us as we return to Blighty tomorrow!
